      Delivery process
      A courier will deliver your parcel to the address you provided during order confirmation.

      In order to ensure that parcels are delivered safely and our customers are satisfied, you will be asked to sign for your parcel as proof of receipt.

      If you are not present at the address provided at the time the delivery is made, the courier will try to hand it over to a neighbour. If unsuccessful, a notice of attempted delivery (Calling Card) will usually be posted through your letter box.

      From that point on, it will then be up to you to contact the courier within the next 5 working days in order to agree upon a new delivery date. A second and a third attempt of delivery can be made if necessary. It is also possible to collect the package from the courier’s nearest depot within 5 days of the final delivery notice being left.       We cannot accept parcels that do not contain any information about the sender (first name, last name, address and order number).
